  • This gentle fitness class is for mama's (6 weeks and beyond, cleared by their provider) who are looking to reconnect with their bodies postpartum and connect with others at the same stage of life. We will focus on rebuilding core and overall body strength and stability using breath work, circuit training, and low-impact movements.
  •  Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join!  Please note you'll be responsible for your baby throughout the session.  
  • Small group setting — just 5 spots to keep things supportive and personalized!
Cost: $80 for the series (no refunds after registration)

Dr. Jess Blaisdell
Jess has a passion for helping mom's and those with back, hip, or pelvic pain and/or dysfunction live a pain-free, functional and active life.  She also specializes in treating running related injuries and issues (including running with prolapse, leaking, etc).  She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota, is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and also a Pelvic Floor therapist. She loves spending time with her husband and two children, family and friends, drinking too much coffee, running, and adventuring outdoors.
