This class focuses on building strength, stability, and resilience through breathwork, circuit-style training, and full-body, low-impact exercises. Each session is thoughtfully paced to support long-term strength, confidence, and connection with other moms on a similar journey. It’s ideal for mamas 12+ weeks postpartum (or anyone seeking low-impact movement) who have been cleared by their provider.

Jessica Blaisdell
Dr. Jess Blaisdell
Jess has a passion for helping mom's and those with back, hip, or pelvic pain and/or dysfunction live a pain-free, functional and active life.  She also specializes in treating running related injuries and issues (including running with prolapse, leaking, etc).  She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota, is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and also a Pelvic Floor therapist. She loves spending time with her husband and two children, family and friends, drinking too much coffee, running, and adventuring outdoors.
